Is anyone else watching Small Profits?
Because it's one of my favorite things I’ve seen on TV in a while!
It scratches all my boxes:
- An unexpected supernatural element
- Quirky characters + endearing friendships
- Antiques + mystery!!!
I mean... pure delight.
As of today, I am officially OUT OF OFFICE for two whole weeks while I get married!
(Thank goodness for scheduling emails ahead, right?)
But I have three things I want to get on your radar today (that I've done my best to match up with my three boxes above! How'd I do?).
1. A little mystery: The Great Subject Line Experiment
I’m currently collecting submissions for the 2026 edition of The Great Subject Line Experiment!
If you haven’t submitted yours yet, please do!
I’m gathering real email data from creators to see what’s actually working in subject lines right now. What gets people to open? What can we learn from each other’s experiments?
We're going to share this one wide, so if you want to get a feature, make sure to:

2. Supernatural magic:
My biz friend Podge Thomas and I are building something pretty magical for 2027. Essentially, this small cohort will be building offers that are designed to sell from the get-go (and then launch that offer with our support).
We're in early stages of sharing, but if you feel curious:

3. An endearing friendship!
Shivani Mehta Bhatia and I originally met in an online coworking group, like, 2 years ago! And became fast friends.
Shivani joined me on the latest ep of It’s All Poetry to talk about the word conflict.
It's a hard word. And also somehow this episode is also full of laughter. :)
I think you’ll really enjoy taking this one on your morning walk:

And that’s my three things for today!
If you have any questions, you can absolutely reach out! Just be patient with my response time. I’ll be back in the office on November 16.
Miss you already!
